You might be wondering why I haven't been too active on DeviantART lately...

I got in a car accident on Friday, April 12th.
We were sitting still waiting to turn left when a girl driving a SUV hit us from behind (She didn't touch the breaks until she had pushed us 21 feet) crushing my car between her and the Ford F250 in front of me.

The two girls in the back of my car were seriously injured, both of them had to be life flighted to UNMC in "critical" condition..
One of them passed away yesterday (Wednesday, April 11th) from injuries she sustained in the accident.
The other girl is doing much better and has since the accident had surgery to have a plate put in her cheek and has been upgraded to "fair" condition.

The girl in the passenger seat is doing well, she was released from the hospital a few hours after the crash with a neck brace and a cast on her hand, she has some broken fingers they think.

I managed to walk away with only 2 staples in the back of my head and a burn on my hand from the airbag. Which was good, because I was able to call 911 and help the 2 girls in the back as we waited for the paramedics to arive. Thankfully I had taken many MANY first aid and life saving classes in boyscouts.... I never thought I would need them.

Needless to say my car is totalled. Allong with EVERYTHING inside.

I'm not going to go into any more detail on here.
Someday in the future I'll write a more elaborate entry on my Xanga about it. Since that is my main journal. I will post the link on here when I do...if anyone cares to read it.

I just thought I'd let you all know why I haven't been on here that much.
Ill be back though once everything settles down. I haven't disappeared perminately.

I made one for Ashley...but...I never got to give it to her...
